Whatever your age, being physically active can help you lead a happier, healthier life. 

Adults aged 19-64 need to do two types of physical activity each week, to stay healthy and for general health benefits: strength and aerobic exercises. Check out the guidelines provided by the NHS.

But do remember, something is better than nothing, the more you explore what is right for you in your journey with physical activity, the more you will come to know and love the benefits that come along with it.
