Our Yeovil Enhanced Access Service supports people to access physical activity in order to promote and protect their health. If you are struggling with your weight, living with a long-term health condition, at risk of diabetes or just ready to take control of your health, the qualified team at Westlands and Goldenstones Leisure Centre's can give you the free support and access to the leisure Centre to make healthy changes to your lifestyle.
Your qualified Instructor will help guide and work with you through your current health issues and ability, to help you find ways to incorporate more free health-giving activities into your current lifestyle and help you gain the confidence to build a healthy future. You can gain access to participate in a wide variety of free and fun activities.

If you are in receipt of Universal Credit and are a registered patient in one of the surgeries listed above, you may be entitled to a FREE 12-week ProActive gym membership with Goldenstones Leisure Centre.
