Terms & Conditions

Your personal data will be held and used securely by SASP and shared with Somerset Adventures for the purpose of delivering and administering this session. Data relating to your health is used to provide activities for participants with particular health characteristics, cater for any additional needs and provide a safe and appropriate environment. Data will be retained for up to 12 months following the end of the activity for funding/reporting purposes unless there are legal requirements for us to retain the data longer. For more details about your rights or to contact us about how we process data, please see SASP's Privacy Policy at www.sasp.co.uk/privacy-policy.

As this activity is for the whole family to enjoy, all young people must attend with a parent or carer. Adults are not required to take part but are welcome to do so if they wish. When purchasing spaces, please complete a booking form for everyone in your group who will be participating. You aren’t required to complete this process for spectators, although individuals will not be able to take part in the archery and pizza making without their own space.

The photo consent question is designed for child bookings, however, for any parent/carer bookings please indicate whether you are happy to be photographed.

We are unable to provide 1-to-1 support or personal care at this session. Please also note that Greensand Wood does not have accessible toileting facilities, although a compost toilet is available for attendees. The site consists of natural woodland paths with uneven ground, which may be muddy.
